Transferring your files to FixTheRetouch is very much flexible and easier than ever before. You can transfer files to us using our File Upload box, WeTransfer, Google Dropbox or FTP transfer. The maximum capacity you can upload through our upload box is 500GB at a time. And if you want to send more files then reload the page again and then transfer the new files. You will get a confirmation message when the files has been transferred to us.
File Upload Via WeTransfer
You can send us your files through WeTransfer too. All you need to do is to Use our email address (fixtheretouch@gmail.com) to send us the files using WeTransfer. You can send a maximum File size of 2GB using this method. Please include your name and the service you want in the message box of WeTransfer while you send the files through it.
File Upload Via Dropbox
You can also use Dropbox to share your files with us. Simply upload the folder of the files you want us to edit on your dropbox account, then share the link with us. Our email with which you can share the DropBox link is (fixtheretouch@gmail.com). We will then easily download your files and will start editing as soon as we can.
FTP File transfer
If you want to send a bulk amount of files then using our safe and secure FTP file transfer method is best for you. Contact our mail address fixtheretouch@gmail.com to get the access to our FTP account. We will send you the Username and Password for the account. Remember that this information will be shared between the client and FTR staff members as it is highly personalized and confidential. Then you can easily download the files using any FTP client like Filezilla for windows and FetchSoftworks if you use Mac.
